Annie Sorell

The Forum is a space of powerful inner work and unity in a group setting. I find it very helpful and powerful. I find the minute I hear Annie’s voice an intense calmness comes over me. I feels its benefits work in my subconscious and carry on for the week/weeks after.

Heading down the spiritual rabbit hole is the most life changing thing that has happened to me. The reminder to practise skills and techniques and the weekly sessions give me the opportunity to explore the possibilities in a nurturing environment. I feel there is so much shifting and I just want to let it happen!
